The Memphis Cyclist blog is, as the name would imply, a website that is exclusively dedicated to news and information that would be of interest to Memphis-area cyclists. Here is a link to the site: http://memphiscyclist.blogspot.com/
This blog, like my Memphis Cyclist website, began from a journalism class at the University of Memphis in the Spring 2012 semester. After I started it, I found that it would be a great outlet for me to write about one of my favorite past-times, which is cycling. I also thought this would allow me an opportunity to provide more in-depth coverage about cycling-related topics that there's really not room for on my Memphis Cyclist website.
The main purpose of the Memphis Cyclist blog is to provide information that's relevant and important to cyclists and to the cycling community at large. My ultimate goal is to ensure that cyclists are equipped with the knowledge, and anything else that might need, to safely enjoy an activity that they can do alone, with friends, and their entire family.
